Vegan Keto Sweetened Condensed Milk

This recipe is SOO tasty. You can make it ahead of time to use for drizzling over your desserts…or for using in other recipes! This is my base for key lime pie and flan…as well as just for drizzling over cake! Enjoy!

Ingredients:

20 ounces coconut cream

3/4 cup Bestie Monkfruit/Allulose

2 oz. vegan butter

Extra Pyure to desired sweetness

Instructions:

  1. Put vegan butter and sweetener in a saucepan over medium heat and mix until the sweetener is dissolved.

  2. Pour the coconut cream/milk into the saucepan and stir until combined.

  3. The heat should be high enough that small bubbles form around the edges of the pan, but do not allow a rolling boil.

  4. Allow the ingredients to simmer for 20-30 minutes until it is reduced and thick but pourable.

  5. Pour the sweetened condensed milk into a heatproof container and allow to cool. Refrigerate until ready to use.

  6. The mixture will continue to thicken in the fridge.

  7. Enjoy!!
